The Lincolnshire Coast
The cottages are just a 5 minute drive from Mablethorpe with Blue Flag Award winning sandy beach, bowling, arcades, fun fair, donkey rides, splash pool, cinema, aqua park, boating lake, wildlife park, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Further down the coast you’ll find Sutton on Sea, an unspoiled and traditional sea side village with a beautiful beach and splash pool.
Next you enter the Coastal Country Park encompassing many nature reserves, farm shops (including Farmer Brown’s Ice Cream) and the charming Anderby Creek.
Chapel St Leonards offer a traditional seaside village centre with arcades and activities on its southern edge. Ingoldmells and Skegness host the coast’s biggest attractions including Jump Warriors Trampoline Park, Skegness Raceway, Fantasy Island, Butlins, golf, fishing lakes, cinema, theatre, bowling, arcades, fun fair, seal sanctuary, aquarium and much more.
The Lincolnshire Wolds
Inland you’ll find a wide range of attractions including The Alford Manor House, Gunby Hall, The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitor Centre, The Lincolnshire Wolds Railway, Market Rasen Racecourse (horse racing), Cadwell Park (car and bike racing), nature reserves, walks and much more.
The market town of Horncastle is popular for antiquing and on the routes to Lincoln which is about an hour away, boasting plenty of shops, a castle and a cathedral all in the same area.
